Payment Information

  • Mode of Payment
    Netrust accepts payment via Purchase Order (PO) only. Please fax a PO to Netrust at (65) 6212-1366. Thereafter we will get in touch with you and provide you with a 'Promotional Code' which you will require during the purchase process.

  • Order Processing:
    This process will usually take approximately 2-3 days (once Netrust has received the necessary Proof of Rights documents and Certificate Signing Request).

    Once you have completed the enrollment, the technical contact and the authorisation contact will be notified by email when your certificate request has been processed. If your request was successful the email will contain a URL that you can use to retrieve your Netrust Web certificate. To begin using your certificate, install it on your Web server and ensure that SSL is enabled. Consult the documentation that came with your Web server software for instructions on how to install the certificate and enable SSL.
