Netrust SafeEntry Certificate

Read on for a seamless buying experience!
  • You can purchase online for your organisation, either private or public sector.
  • Proceed online to purchase one or multiple quantities of the same type of certificate. If you need to purchase different types of certificates (e.g. mix of SafeEntry or Myinfo certificates and/or mix of subscription terms), please contact us by chat or leave a message here.
  • Accepted payment methods are PayNow, credit card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX / UnionPay) and Alipay.
  • After you have completed payment online, a Netrust representative will reach out to you to confirm the details for the certificate/s.
  • For each purchase, you will be required to submit the following documents. Please prepare them for submission to the Netrust representative, kindly ensure that the documents are in a .zip file, password protected (Password to be sent in a separate email).
    1. Completed Application Form for SafeEntry Certificate (download form here)
    2. NRIC/FIN/Driving License/Staff Pass copy of requestor
    3. CSR (Certificate Signing Request) (see guide here)
    4. Letter of Authorisation (sample)
    5. ACRA Business Profile* (sample)
      * Not required for public sector.
