Quick Buying Guide
nSignBasic Document Signing Certificate (Organisation)

Read on for a seamless buying experience!
  • You can purchase online for yourself or on behalf of others.
  • Proceed online to purchase one or multiple quantities of the same type of certificate. If you need to purchase different types of certificates (e.g. mix of nSignBasic individual and organisation certificates and/or mix of subscription terms), please contact us by chat or leave a message here.

  • Accepted payment methods are PayNow, credit card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX / UnionPay) and Alipay.
  • After you have completed payment online, a Netrust representative will reach out to you to confirm the details of the user/s, delivery address if courier service is requested or make an appointment if you are self-collecting the token/s.
  • For each purchase, you will be required to submit the following documents. Please prepare them for submission to the Netrust representative, kindly ensure that the documents are in a .zip file, password protected (Password to be sent in a separate email).
    1. Completed Application Form for nSignBasic Organisation Certificate (download form here)
    2. NRIC/FIN/Driving License/Staff Pass copy of requestor
    3. Letter of Authorisation (sample)
    4. ACRA Business Profile* (sample)
      * Not required for public sector.
  • Netrust address and operating hours for self-collection (appointment required) of the cryptographic USB token/s.
