Quick Buying Guide
Netrust mTLS Certificate

Read on for a seamless buying experience!
  • You can purchase online for your organisation, either in the private or public sector.
  • Proceed online to purchase one or multiple quantities of the same type of certificate. If you need to purchase different types of certificates (e.g. multiple quantities and/or a mix of subscription terms), please contact us by chat or leave a message here.
  • Accepted payment methods are PayNow, credit card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX / UnionPay) and Alipay.
  • After you have completed payment online, a Netrust representative will reach out to you to confirm the details for the certificate/s.
  • For each purchase, you will be required to submit the following documents. Please prepare them for submission to the Netrust representative.
The following items must be submitted for the certificate issuance:
(a) Completed Netrust Server Certificate Application form (download here)
  • The Common Name (CN) based on the application or server (no URL/IP address)
  • The CN should be specified according to the environment.
  • Certificate validity configurable (this parameter is fully configurable to a 1-year or 2-year certificate) *NOTE* subscription payment term is independent of the certificate’s validity period.
  • Details of the requestor
(b) Identification Document – a copy of any valid photo identification for the personnel requesting the certificate,
  • Employee Pass
  • Driving License
  • Name Card
  • Passport
  • Other government-issued official photo ID
(c) Letter of Authorisation
  • Must be signed by an authorised representative of the requesting company with their designation listed.
  • The person collecting the certificate must not be the same person who signs the authorisation.
  • The letter must be printed on the company’s official letterhead.
  • The full name of the person collecting the certificate must be clearly stated.
  • If certificate services are outsourced (e.g., NCS, HP, etc.), the authorised letter must: State the name of the individual collecting the certificate on behalf of the company.
  • Be signed by an authorised representative from the original organisation purchasing the certificate.
(d) Certificate Signing Request (CSR) in .txt format
  • Ensure the CSR reflects the correct environment and matches the details provided in the application form.
(e) Company Registration Documents
    • Singapore companies: ACRA BizFile (valid for the year of purchase)
    • Foreign companies: Government-issued company registration certificate
  • Netrust address and operating hours for self-collection (appointment required) of the cryptographic USB token/s.
